Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To allow us to assess the issue, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. After verification, we will resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
